Refund Policy

Our policy lasts for 10 days from initiation of your job order. If a maximum of 2 weeks have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, you must cancel your job order early enough and make a formal request via Email, and also receive confirmation within the stipulated timeframe. To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your refund is submitted, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 5-10 days. You will be responsible for paying for your own transaction costs for sending your refund.

In a scenario where a refund isn't possible, we may offer you an exchange for complimentary merch or future discounts to supplement your complaints.
